Terms of Service

CAVE CORE is a Discord bot with a web dashboard that offers moderation, levels, tickets, giveaways, suggestions, economy, alerts and other community management tools.

CAVE CORE Live is a chat bot for streaming channels (Twitch and Kick) with commands, channel currency, polls, Subathon and OBS overlays.

Some features are only available on paid plans (Essential, Pro, Ultimate and Lifetime on Discord; Live Pro and Live Ultimate for channels). The features of each plan are described on the plans page.

You access the dashboard with your Discord account or with an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

You can only manage servers where you have administrator or management permissions on Discord.

You may not use the Service to:

• break the Discord Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
• send spam, or illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• try to access servers, data or accounts without authorisation;
• overload, exploit flaws in, or reverse engineer the bot or the dashboard.

We may suspend access to the Service if these terms are breached.

Paid plans are linked to a Discord server. The Lifetime plan does not expire while the Service remains active.

Licences can be transferred between servers through the dashboard, under the conditions shown on the transfer page.

Features marked as “in development” are not included until they are released.

Chat bot plans are linked to a streaming channel, and each channel has its own configuration.

Payments are processed by Stripe (card and, for one-off payments, Pix). Monthly, quarterly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time; they stay active until the end of the period already paid.

The 7-day free trial, when offered, is available once per server and moves to the Free plan when it ends, with no automatic charge.

Paid plans can be monthly, quarterly, yearly or Lifetime (one-off payment). Current prices are on the pricing page (/precos).

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days after purchase to withdraw. When you activate a plan, you pay for a digital service that starts immediately: you give your express consent to that immediate start and, if you withdraw within the 14 days, the proportional part of the period already used is deducted.

Cancellations, the right of withdrawal and refunds follow the Refund Policy, available at /reembolsos.

If a renewal payment fails and the subscription is cancelled, the server moves to the Free plan. Server settings and data are not deleted because of non-payment and become available again when the plan is reactivated.

CAVE CORE is provided as a service. Buying a plan gives you the right to use the included features, but does not include the source code of the bot or the dashboard, which is not sold or shared.

The CAVE CORE team may access your server’s dashboard only to provide support, fix problems or check settings, when needed.

We do our best to keep the Service available, but it is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. The Service also depends on the availability of Discord and third-party services (Twitch, YouTube, Spotify, among others).

We are not responsible for losses caused by settings made by server administrators, Discord outages or misuse of the bot.

If you have a complaint, please talk to us first: we try to resolve everything quickly and amicably.

In a consumer dispute, you can turn to a Portuguese Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution (ADR) body, such as CNIACC – National Centre for Consumer Information and Arbitration (cniacc.pt). The full list of ADR bodies is on the Consumer Portal, at consumidor.gov.pt.

CAVE CORE is available to customers in any country. These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer living in another country, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence.

If you live in another European Union country, you can ask the European Consumer Centre in your country (ECC-Net) for free help with a dispute.

If you live in Brazil, you keep your rights under the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), including the right of withdrawal, which is covered by the 14-day period in the Refund Policy.

Prices are shown in euros. If you pay with a card in another currency, the exchange rate and any fees are set by your bank.

These terms are available in several languages. If there is any difference between versions, the Portuguese (Portugal) version prevails.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the version in force. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
