Install the CAVE CORE app

Keep the dashboard at hand, with its own icon, full screen — on computer, Android or iPhone. No app store needed and it updates itself.

How to install, step by step

Computer

Chrome or Microsoft Edge (Windows, Mac, Linux)

  1. 1Click the "Install app" button on this page.
  2. 2Or: in the address bar, click the install icon (monitor with an arrow ⤓) on the right.
  3. 3Alternative: menu ⋮ → "Cast, save and share" → "Install page as app" (in Edge: ··· → Apps → "Install this site as an app").
  4. 4Confirm with "Install". The app opens in its own window and stays in the Start menu / Dock.

In Safari on Mac (version 17 or later): File menu → "Add to Dock". Firefox and desktop Opera cannot install web apps — use Chrome or Edge (Opera for Android works: menu ⋮ → "Add to…" → "Home screen").

Android

Chrome (or Edge / Samsung Internet)

  1. 1Open cave.sadoart.pt in Chrome on your phone.
  2. 2Tap the "Install app" button on this page. If it does not appear, follow the steps below.
  3. 3Tap the three dots ⋮ in the top right corner.
  4. 4Choose "Install app" or "Add to Home screen".
  5. 5Confirm with "Install". The CAVE CORE icon appears next to your other apps.

In Samsung Internet: menu ☰ → "Add page to" → "Home screen".

iPhone / iPad

Safari (required on iPhone)

  1. 1Open cave.sadoart.pt in Safari. Other iPhone browsers may not offer this option.
  2. 2Tap the Share button (square with an up arrow) in the bottom bar.
  3. 3Scroll the list and tap "Add to Home Screen".
  4. 4Confirm the name "CAVE CORE" and tap "Add" in the top right corner.

The app opens full screen, without the Safari bar. To remove it: press and hold the icon → "Remove App".

Quick questions

Do I need to sign in again? The first time you open the app, yes — sign in with Discord, Google, Twitch or email as on the website.

How do I update? No need: the app always shows the latest version of the dashboard.

How do I uninstall? Like any app: press and hold the icon (phone) or, on computer, open the app → menu ⋮ → «Uninstall».
